OnSharing Siena – 2017-18
Marko Simonovic started his professional basketball in Europe by playing for the Italian lower leagues club PMS Moncalieri in 2015. But he got his big chance with OnSharing Siena. Petrol Olimpija – 2018-19

Chicago Bulls – 2021-Present
On November 18, 2020, Marko Simonovic got selected by the Chicago Bulls with the 44th pick in the 2020 NBA draft. Simonovic played in the 2021 Summer League and averaged 12.0 points and 4.4 rebounds in 5 games. On November 22, 2021, he made his NBA debut and scored one point in seven minutes. He would finish his NBA rookie season with averages of 1.9 points and 1.1 rebounds in 9 games.
